- Highlights
- Breaking Rob Denmarks course record for the short leg in the National 12 Stage Road Relays by 10Seconds running 13.23. To be ahead of guys like Denmark, Brendan Foster, Seb Coe was a pretty good day. Also breaking the National 6 Stage Record by 28 Seconds to run 16.25 which is the better of the two records.
Another highlight was at the Great Manchester run (10K) where I ran 28.37 and beat three defending champions: Stefano Baldini (Olympic Marathon Champ), Jose Manuel Martinez (European 10K Champ) and Wilberforce Talel (Commonwealth 10K Champ).
