Personal Profile: when not running, I’m found on the beach, either surfing or taking a dip in the sea. Other than that, I enjoy skateboarding and fishing. I love music, a bit of Jack Johnson or Starsailor before a race chills me out. Favourite food is chinese sweet and sour, but i’ll eat mostly anything. favourite colour is blue, hate: wasps, bees, bebo, facebook myspace, the cold.
I’ve been running for two years. Train with Dave Buzza sometimes, love to beat people on a sprint finish. prefer cross country - its a proper mans sport.
Ambitions/Future aspirations: to reach seniour level as an international, lower my pbs, run for gb, help the county as a team.
