I’m determined and focused and live for running, I love nothing better than getting up on a Sunday morning and going for a long run.
Ambitions/ Future aspirations:
My main ambition is to run as fast as I can for the marathon and to try and make a major games.

Best Race
My best race would be the Wilmslow half marathon this year, where I won my 1st individual national medal and ran a new pb of 65.54.
Worse Race
My Worse race has to be the BUSA in my 1st year at uni, where I ran the 10000m on the track, I set off and after 2 laps I was feeling rubbish and it’s a long way to go, by the end I was running 94/5 seconds for a lap
The Personal Bit
I enjoy all sports and supporting my local teams of Huddersfield Giants and Huddersfield Town.
Favourite Colour: red for Liverpool or what ever colour they are playing in.

What would you have done if you hadn’t been so good at running? A crown green bowler, I used to play when I was younger but I had to give it up for the running.
Running bits:
I run about 120miles a week when I am in marathon training, which is for 16weeks of the year from January to April, but in the summer and early winter I run around 80 to 90 miles a week.
During the next few months I will be aiming for Manchester 10k and trying to lower my track pb for 5k.
