The comeback training …

At a track far far away, in another time (2006) Paul Laslett made a breakthrough run over 800m, a run he had waited for 2 years to come out. Not long after that run a battle commenced, between his body and what he wanted to do. He tore his calf, 9months of not running, he got training again, and booked two months away in the usa. His body decided it would be a better idea to swim for the time he was out there as he discovered he had a stress fracture in his foot. Still the mind was strong, and the body is almost following suit now. Here are the training sessions that have got me going again, and with the first race in 2 years on Sunday the 8th lets hope the force is strong within me!
(these workouts have been completed after a short period of conditioning a steady running)
