Hydration
If you are regularly exercising it is essential that you keep hydrated so that your mental and physical well being can be maintained. Drink regularly (8-10 glasses a day) throughout the day especially if you work indoors, as the air conditioning can increase body fluid loss as can long distance air travel. Caffeine and alcohol based drinks should be avoided as they hinder the hydration process. If you increase your activity levels then you will also need to increase your fluid levels as the body loses fluids through sweating and water vapour from breathing.
