Ballistic Rock Shield

The BRS™ system has been introduced to reduce the pointload pressure from stones, branches etc. A ballistic textile in the forefoot disperses this pressure, while still keeping the forefoot flexible forr a terrain compliant ride.

Regular soles pass the pressure almost uncushioned straight through to the foot.

Brooks® Ballistic Rock Shield™ has been designed to disperse the energy on to a much larger area, causing the forefootfar less agitation.
